Plans are useless…

But planning is everything.

In business: no business plan survives first contact with customers.
In tech: no plan survives first contact with users.
In boxing: everyone has a plan until they get punched in the face.

Plans are useless if you aren’t ready to go with the flow. Planning is critical.
