Shift your focus to someone else and sincerely wish them happiness. Really feel it.

- 10 points if you simply think the thought.
- 1,000 points if you genuinely feel the emotion.
- 1,000,000 points if the person is someone you’re not fond of (or vice versa).

Cash in your points for a better mental state and improved quality of life. While I have no scientific proof, I bet it extends your life as well.
