We can aim to improve our health by committing to stop smoking and drinking, and start a “proven” nutrition and exercise program. But overly ambitious goals can halt progress or stop you before you start.
Here are examples of very simple, individual, uncontroversial healthy things you can do immediately:

- Drink more water
- Walk or do light movement at least once per day.
